I found Wellis's advert for the construction of the manufacturing hall which was a position of trust. From here I gradually moved up all the way to managing the operations department.
It didn't bother me at all that there was a need to perform consistently well to gain trust, as I was able to get to know different areas of my work better and thus be confident in facing new challenges. I am being motivated by new and unresolved tasks.

From the very beginning, I really liked the diverse work environment and being a member of a company that is able to continuously improve through constant innovation. The ongoing feedback and gradual appreciation of my performance confirmed to me that I really have a place in this team.
